Sib Rewardz

SIB Rewardz is the Debit Card Rewardz Program of South Indian Bank that extends reward points for Online/POS transactions using SIB Debit cards.

The customers can earn Reward Points for their Debit Card Purchases as given below:

SIB Rewardz Points earned will be doubled in the case of international transactions.

The Bank offers 2x & 3x Reward Points respectively for Prime and Prime Platinum Customers respectively.

Prime and Prime Platinum Customers are also eligible for 5x & 8x Rewardz Points respectively for the debit card transactions in their Birthday Month with a capping of 1000 per customer.

Customers can receive 200 Bonus points on their first POS/e-commerce transaction with their SIB Debit Card within 60 days of issuance if the amount is greater than Rs. 2000/-.

Transactions in the following categories/MCC will not be eligible for Reward Point accrual: Mutual funds (MCC 6211), Fuel (MCCs 5541,5542,5983 & 5172), Government services (MCC 9399), Financial Institutions (MCC 6012) and Insurance (6300 & 5960).

Through SIB Rewardz Website rewardz.southindianbank.bank.in customer can log into the Rewardz program using their registered Mobile Number/Email ID + OTP and shop for a number of exciting goods and services with the reward points earned.

Customers can also visit SIB Mirror+ to know the available Rewardz Points and to proceed with redemption.

Customers have the choice to shop for apparels, accessories, electronics, books, groceries, jewellery, etc. Also, the redemption facility can be availed for online recharge, hotel, bus and flight tickets. A nominal convenience fee is applicable on various redemption option as given in the SIB Rewardz Website.

Effective from 02 January 2025, 70% of the transaction amount can be paid by redeeming your SIB Rewardz Points and the remaining amount needs to be paid using your SIB Debit Card including applicable convenience fee.
