  • Supports Agro Processors: The facility is introduced to bridge the gap between farmers and procurers. It helps process crops at the source, reduces post-harvest loss, and increases farm income.
  • Offers Overdraft Facility: The overdraft service helps pay the crop procurement amount to the farmers. Neither do you have to wait for cash inflow to clear the dues, nor do the farmers have to compromise their income.
  • Loan Tenure: The time for the loan repayment is 12 months. However, it is subject to renewal, depending on the fulfilment of the terms and conditions.
  • Document Submission for Proof: Apart from the basic documents, the procurers also has to submit other  requisite documents viz. the shop and establishment certificate, APMC, GST registration, market license, or a statutory registration certificate.

The applicants are eligible to apply for the OD facility after completing the following eligibility criteria:

  • Food processor, agro processor, agro harvester, or primary processor
  • Other documents based on the nature of business

Target Group:
The following entities are eligible for the overdraft facility under the farm gate processors:

  • Individuals
  • Sole proprietorship firms
  • Partnership forms
  • LLPs
  • Private Limited companies
  • Public limited companies

The entity must submit the following securities to the bank:

  • Primary security: Hypothecation of assets created from the bank's finance
  • Collateral security: Adequate collateral coverage through a property mortgage

You must submit the following documents to avail the loan:

  • Loan Application form (completely filled with photographs and signatures of the Applicants and the Guarantor)
  • KYC of Applicants and Guarantor (PAN + 1 OVD)
  • Photographs of the primary processing unit
  • Details of collateral security
