Share Transfer Process Physical Form
The Share Transfer Forms, as and when received along with the relative share certificates and PAN Card Copy of the transferee, are duly processed at the office of the Share Transfer Agent and shares in respect of valid share transfer instruments are transferred in the name of the transferee. The process normally takes 15 to 20 days. Note: In respect of registration of transfer of physical shares of listed companies, SEBI has made it mandatory for the transferee(s) to furnish copy of PAN card to the Company/RTAs along with the transfer documents. In the case of shares held in physical form, change of address, change of bank mandate, name change, title change etc. should be either informed to the Head Office of the Bank or to the share transfer agents.
