Doorstep Banking (DSB) for Senior Citizens & Differently Abled Individuals

At South Indian Bank, we have been at the forefront of customer service for over nine decades. Our mission is to provide a secure, convenient, and accessible banking experience to all our customers. In line with RBI guidelines, we have introduced Doorstep Banking (DSB) services for:

Senior Citizens (aged 70 years and above)
Differently Abled or Infirm Persons (with medically certified chronic illness or disability, including visually impaired customers).

Doorstep Banking Services

We offer the following banking services at your doorstep:

Cash Pick-up & Delivery (against withdrawal slips & cheques)
Pick-up of Cheques/Drafts/Instruments for clearing
Delivery of Demand Drafts
Pick-up & Delivery of FD Receipts for renewal & payment
Pick-up & Delivery of Passbooks (Savings/Recurring Deposit)
Delivery of Account Statements
Pick-up of KYC Documents
Pick-up of 15G/H Forms (for TDS exemption)

Service Charges

Service charge of Rs. 250/- + GST applicable.
Additional vendor charges may apply if the service is delivered through an external vendor.
Service charges will be communicated before delivery and debited from the customer’s account after successful completion.

Terms & Conditions

On-Demand Service - DSB services are available only upon request.
Business Hours Only - Services are available only during bank working hours and not on bank holidays.
Registered Address - Services will be provided only to the address registered with the bank.
Same-Day Processing - The bank will make efforts to complete service requests on the same day. If delayed, customers will be informed promptly.
Pricing Revisions - The bank reserves the right to revise service charges and will publish updates on the official website.
