Mr. Benny P. Thomas is a law graduate (Senior Advocate) and enrolled at the Bar in the year 1988. He initiated his practice in the stream of Civil Law and later gained substantial depth in Labour Law providing professional legal services to companies including big Corporates.
Mr. Benny P. Thomas's niche expertise in the field has been sought by the Bench in multiple cases as Amicus Curiae and he is sought for his wisdom, pragmatic approach and holistic vision, for providing opinions not only to Corporates but also the Department of Labour, Govt. of Kerala.
